What is well-being?

Well-being refers to a state of good mental & physical health. It serves a crucial role in maintaining the quality of life for all individuals and especially applies to students/workers who may constantly be under stress from academic or vocational settings.

Felicity provides users with tools to wind down their state of mind through relaxing meditation exercises & techniques. The well-being interventions specifically focus on bringing mindfulness to users.

Audio guided narration provides users with full immersion to enhance the mindfulness experience

Varying lengths for each exercise, typically under 10 minutes to suit busy schedules of all users
